This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +1 more state.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute cross-functional IT projects throughout the organization.
• Oversee large strategic initiatives and, when necessary, manage a smaller program.
• Strategize, implement, and execute projects in alignment with enterprise delivery standards, governance, and business objectives.
• Manage projects spanning application, infrastructure, platform, and digital areas.
• Create and maintain project plans that outline scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient execution and resolution of issues.
• Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating through governance channels as needed.
• Provide timely updates on project status concerning milestones, risks, and overall delivery health.
• Ensure consistent, reliable, transparent, and resource-efficient project execution.
• Achieve intended business outcomes within the timeframe, budget, and scope as feasible.
• Report to the Head of IT Governance & Delivery as part of the Governance & Delivery team.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in project management and DBS, including visual project management, problem-solving, and daily management skills.
• A minimum of five years of experience in project management as a project manager.
• Proficient knowledge and experience with project management and SDLC methodologies and tools.
• Proven expertise in process change, product development, manufacturing, or software development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience in applying traditional, agile, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Capability to influence, motivate, foster collaboration, and evaluate performance among project team members.
