Senior Project Manager – Digital Banking Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Albania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the project to ensure it is delivered within the defined scope by effectively managing any changes to the scope.

• Guarantee that the project is completed on schedule and within the budget by meticulously managing the project timeline and expenses.

• Strive to meet established Customer Satisfaction benchmarks to achieve a high customer satisfaction rating upon project completion, thereby enhancing Facilization’s Customer NPS.

• Ensure that all project deliverables adhere to the specified quality standards.

• Collaborate with Team Leaders to optimize resource utilization, thereby contributing positively to the Productivity/Profit per Employee (PPE) ratio.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Business Administration, or Finance) or equivalent experience.

• PMP or other project management certifications are advantageous.

• Demonstrated experience in project management.

• Familiarity with project management tools is required.

• Experience in the financial or banking sector is preferred.
