Senior Project Manager, Dermatology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitates effective management and coordination of activities assigned to all members of the global project team, which includes Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs/Safety, to support the achievement of milestones and overall project delivery.

• Ensures compliance with the project budget and scope of work to achieve project profitability.

• Guarantees that all project tasks are executed according to project plans and adhere to standard Premier Research processes, policies, and procedures.

• Serves as the primary contact between Premier Research and the client for all assigned projects, leading project team meetings and teleconferences.

• Supports Business Development efforts, including the creation of proposals and leading proposal presentations in collaboration with Business Development and Scientific Account Leadership.

• Cultivates strong relationships with existing clients to foster new and/or additional business opportunities in the future.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a clinical, biological, or science-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Over 5 years of Project Management experience within the CRO/Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Specialty Pharma sector.

• Experience with budget, finance, and costing at the project level.

• Proven track record in managing complex trials, multiple phases, and the full project lifecycle.

• Global experience is preferred.

• Extensive knowledge in multiple therapeutic areas and protocols in Dermatology is required.
