This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee one or more ERP and/or CRM projects characterized by high risk and complexity.
• Provide guidance to all functional and business units impacted by the project.
• Collaborate closely with MCA Connect resource management to ensure appropriate resource allocation for projects.
• Create and oversee comprehensive project plans, cost estimates, resource allocations, communication strategies, risk mitigation strategies, and issue resolution plans.
• Facilitate project decisions and make recommendations to management regarding timelines, prioritization, and resource distribution.
• Manage project deliverables, scope, and expectations effectively.
• Proactively communicate and report project status to executives, MCA Connect management, and all other stakeholders by utilizing tools such as status reports, executive briefings, and ongoing team communications.
• Collaborate effectively with technical project team members to achieve project objectives.
• Utilize project management best practices as defined by PMI and MCA Connect delivery standards.
• Provide leadership to project team members in relation to project management processes and best practices.
• Hold direct responsibility for managing the project budget and delivering predictive financial analyses necessary for accurate project status reporting.
• Oversee customer invoicing, accounts receivable, and develop project forecasting models.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience managing software implementation deployments (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) and/or CE/CRM is advantageous).
• Familiarity with IT implementation methodologies across all stages including Diagnosis, Analysis, Design, Development, Deployment, and Operation.
• Comprehensive understanding of the complete solution within the framework of an integrated enterprise-wide IT strategy.
• Capability to work closely with key business stakeholders to relay progress and vision.
• Proficient in allocating appropriate resources for each project phase and monitoring their performance.
• Consensus-driven management style that accommodates a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational abilities.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
