Senior Project Manager – C&I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee assigned commercial and industrial solar projects from the post-contract phase through to utility PTO.

• Manage scope, timelines, and budgets for multiple ongoing projects.

• Ensure precise project tracking in ERP and internal systems.

• Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to adhere to project timelines.

• Maintain communication with customers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Analyze project schedules, contracts, and key milestones to ensure they align with project requirements.

• Supervise and assist Project Managers on active projects.

• Foster uniformity in project execution, communication, and reporting.

• Identify risks, delays, and shortcomings, and facilitate their resolution.

• Aid in the prioritization and balancing of workloads across projects and Project Managers.

• Act as a point of escalation for project issues affecting timelines, budgets, or customer satisfaction.

• Travel to local job sites as necessary to support project execution, up to 20%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial solar project management.

• At least 4 years of experience in construction management.

• A minimum of 2 years of electrical experience.

• Experience in supporting or mentoring other Project Managers is preferred.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tracking systems.

• An electrical license is highly preferred.

• A valid driver’s license and a clean MVR are required for company vehicle use.

• Willingness to travel to local job sites up to 20% of the time.
