This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee intricate strategic projects that significantly contribute to our mission of enabling customers to create a healthier, cleaner, and safer world.
• Steer the effective implementation of key initiatives across various functions, ensuring timely completion, risk management, and alignment with stakeholders.
• Handle multiple high-priority projects concurrently, orchestrating cross-functional teams throughout the entire project lifecycle while keeping a strong focus on business objectives and quality standards.
• Execute process enhancements, adopt new technologies, and drive transformational changes that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• An advanced degree coupled with 6 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Preferred areas of study include engineering, business, science, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent qualification is highly preferred.
• Proven success in managing multiple simultaneous projects with budgets exceeding $500K.
• Strong expertise in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Agile/Scrum).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and coordinate in a matrix environment without direct authority.
• Experience in change management and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capacity to work efficiently in a dynamic environment while focusing on objectives.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Up to 25% travel may be necessary.
• Experience in a regulated/GMP environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO, FDA) is desirable.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and relationship-building.
