Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Offer management and leadership to strategize, prepare, and implement complex and high-profile clinical trial or Regulatory projects and/or programs

• Collaborate with internal departments and company executives

• Engage externally with sponsors and vendors

• Lead high-achieving cross-functional project teams

• Inspire others and allocate responsibilities effectively

• Oversee stakeholder communication, escalation, problem resolution, and decision-making processes

• Cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external team members, vendors, and clients

• Propel activities to completion with minimal assistance

• Provide mentorship and delegate tasks

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life/health sciences or a related field, or equivalent experience required

• 5 to 8 years of Project Management experience overseeing global/complex clinical trials in a Clinical Research Organization or Pharmaceutical Company

• Other professional and/or educational experiences may count toward this minimum requirement, evaluated on a case-by-case basis

• Exceptional executive-level communication, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills, planning, and organizational capabilities

• Solid understanding of the drug development process and regulatory obligations

• Knowledge of International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines and other relevant regulatory rules and guidelines

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

• Capability to lead high-performing cross-functional project teams, motivate others, and delegate appropriately

• Advanced skills in stakeholder communication, escalation, problem-solving, and decision-making

• Ability to establish and manage relationships with internal and external team members, vendors, and clients

• Competence in driving activities to completion with minimal support

• Ability to mentor and delegate effectively
