Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee stakeholders such as architects, engineers, and supply chain partners to ensure project compliance.

• Evaluate, monitor, and manage crucial milestone activities to prevent any delays in the schedule.

• Validate that robust project governance, processes, and systems are in place.

• Ensure the implementation of industry best practices across all projects.

• Generate formal project status updates and any other necessary documentation.

• Supervise multiple construction projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to approved design standards.

• Manage supplier interactions through monthly tracking and weekly review sessions.

• Facilitate the flow of project information through regular meetings and written correspondence.

• Anticipate and revise key project milestones as necessary.

• Oversee and evaluate local design teams in alignment with commission criteria.

• Provide technical assistance to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders.

• Quickly address RFIs from the field.

• Offer expertise in cost management, value engineering, and guidance on constructability.

• Review status reports, drawing submissions, timelines, and budget forecasts independently.

• Assist in client management and foster strong client relationships.

• Advise project teams on strategies to meet client and business goals.

• Document essential project information and lessons learned for knowledge management purposes.

• Identify opportunities for enhancements to internal systems and processes.

• Comply with SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• At least 5–7 years of relevant experience in project management.

• Strong organizational and management capabilities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with the wider team.

• Proficient presentation skills.

• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and other construction project management tools.

• Outstanding communication abilities.
