Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Developing and implementing Project Plans, Change Orders, Agendas, and Status Reports, making revisions as necessary to meet project objectives and requirements.

• Determining required resources and overseeing the management of assigned personnel.

• Overseeing the daily operational elements of a project and its scope.

• Evaluating deliverables prepared by the team prior to submission to the client.

• Effectively utilizing PMO methodologies and upholding project standards.

• Juggling multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from one week to several months in duration.

• Monitoring risks, hardware, and personnel.

• Engaging in collaboration with engineers, clients, and internal stakeholders.

• Ensuring that project documentation is comprehensive, up-to-date, properly stored, and billed accurately.

• Participating in onsite client meetings as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-15+ years of experience in trading technology, including Infrastructure, Telecom, Managed Service Provider, Risk, Clearing, Trade Execution, ISV, Fix Protocol, or Market Data Platforms.

• Practical technical skills with exposure to a diverse range of infrastructure and application technologies.

• Project Management certification from PMP, SCRUM, or PRINCE2 is advantageous.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Exceptional oral presentation skills.

• Outstanding organizational and customer service capabilities.

• Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on Computer Sciences, IT, Network Engineering, or equivalent experience.
