Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete project delivery process, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget constraints.

• Direct cross-functional teams, including Clinical, Data Management, Regulatory, and others.

• Recognize, evaluate, and alleviate project risks effectively.

• Create and sustain comprehensive project plans and timelines.

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients and stakeholders.

• Track project performance metrics, encompassing financials and profitability.

• Ensure compliance with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory standards.

• Allocate and oversee project resources in partnership with line managers.

• Provide progress updates and escalate issues as necessary.

• Assist in business development initiatives, which include proposals and bid defenses.

• Mentor junior Project Managers as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the clinical research or Contract Research Organization (CRO) sector.

• Strong understanding of clinical trial regulations, such as ICH-GCP.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Experience in financial and budget management.

• Solid problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
