Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze and document customer and partner requirements independently.

• Organize, plan, manage, and follow up on workshops for customers and partners.

• Oversee both internal and external expert project teams for solution discovery, specifications, implementation, hyper care, and project follow-up.

• Support project management standards, industry-specific KPIs, and best practices.

• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout project lifecycle.

• Assist in training initiatives for SNP employees.

• Provide overall guidance, coordination, execution, and completion of designated projects.

• Maintain project alignment with company strategy, commitments, and objectives.

• Collaborate with business owners to gather business requirements both remotely and in person.

• Facilitate quality assurance, testing, and delivery methodologies to ensure successful transformations and enhance client satisfaction.

• Engage with clients and team members while managing multiple concurrent priorities.

• Significant experience leading projects from initiation to go-live.

• Proficient in collaborating with clients and team members.

• Capable of multitasking and fostering a supportive team environment.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Strong project management expertise.

• Competent in effective communication and teamwork.

• Superior oral and written communication skills.

• Adept at managing multiple projects and adjusting to shifting priorities.

• Ability to effectively educate clients and mentor junior consultants.

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

• Experience with SAP SLO and/or SAP Transformation is advantageous.

• Over 10 years of experience in SAP project roles, including consultant to project manager.

• Minimum of 5 years in a project management capacity.

• Application experience is a plus.

• Basis experience is a plus.

• Residency in the United States is required.

• Willingness to travel nationally as required.

• 50–80% of the role will involve client interaction.
