Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take charge of project execution – manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on the most critical tasks each day.

• Prioritize and assign tasks – ensure that the appropriate team members are engaged in the right activities at the right time.

• Develop and optimize processes – leverage tools (including AI) to enhance efficiency and ease of work for the entire team.

• Maintain daily communication – provide clear updates and objectives to keep leadership, clients, and teams aligned.

• Identify and address issues – foresee potential risks, eliminate obstacles, and ensure projects progress smoothly.

• Uphold quality standards – ensure that every project meets high-quality benchmarks before delivery to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience in project management, preferably within the software industry.

• Comprehensive understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Proficiency in Project Management Tools.

• Type A personality: exceptionally organized, quick, and detail-oriented.

• Outstanding communication skills (both written and spoken in English).

• Ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
