Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Strategize, schedule, and implement intricate, high-volume multi-site rollouts across 100 to 1,500+ locations for enterprise retail and corporate clients.

• Create project timelines, capacity plans, and installation velocities to adhere to client deadlines.

• Organize warehousing, material assembly, and staggered drop shipments in alignment with technician arrival schedules.

• Formulate project proposals and formal quotes based on site assessments and client requirements.

• Calculate labor, travel, trip expenses, minor materials, and heavy equipment rental costs.

• Track project profitability and manage the capture and billing of change orders and scope modifications.

• Source, negotiate with, and onboard regional field technicians and subcontractors.

• Ensure vendor compliance with MSAs, W-9s, and Certificates of Insurance.

• Dispatch work orders, monitor field-team progress, and provide technical or logistical support as needed.

• Act as a liaison between Business Development, Accounting, and clients.

• Address billing delays and confirm that documentation is submitted for client invoicing portals.

• Create Standard Operating Procedures to enhance inter-departmental workflows and accelerate invoice approval processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of project management experience, particularly in facility maintenance, AV installations, or multi-site retail rollouts.

• Strong financial insight with demonstrable experience in developing complex project estimates and proposals.

• Significant experience in managing and onboarding third-party contractors, subcontractors, and direct technicians.

• Outstanding organizational skills with the capacity to handle hundreds of moving components (shipments, technician schedules, store openings) simultaneously.

• Proficient in tracking projects using CRM/Project Management software (e.g., Salesforce) and managing invoicing through spreadsheets.
