📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns and projects.

• Oversee project progress, budgets, and timelines to guarantee timely and budget-conscious delivery.

• Partner with team leads to proactively plan and manage resource allocation.

• Collaborate with the Director of Operations to oversee account budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.

• Identify avenues for revenue enhancement and cost optimization while ensuring profitability.

• Provide project management for internal resources to ensure successful project delivery.

• Report directly to the Director of Project Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, business, project management, or a related field, along with 4-8 years of experience in project management within a pharmaceuticals marketing agency.

• Demonstrated success in building and managing client relationships while delivering effective pharmaceutical marketing solutions within scope, on time, and within budget.

• Strong knowledge of medical, legal, and regulatory compliance, as well as the MLR submission and approval process in the United States and/or Canada.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficient in project management systems and tools.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Willingness to work during Eastern time zone hours.
