This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +26 more states.
• Oversee enterprise and business unit projects from inception to execution.
• Create and manage project plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Lead sessions to gather requirements and document functional specifications.
• Evaluate operational impacts and identify risks, dependencies, and challenges.
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure positive project outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and facilitate participation across various departments.
• Prepare and present executive-level presentations, status updates, and strategic recommendations.
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, and automation.
• Create frameworks that encourage consistency and efficiency across different business sectors.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and formulate business cases for transformation projects.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment of system solutions with business needs and validate deliverables.
• Foster communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Track project progress, resource allocation, and stakeholder involvement.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
• Escalate significant strategic or resource-related concerns to senior leadership when necessary.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
• A minimum of 8–10 years of progressively responsible professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management or business operations roles.
• Experience in consumer lending operations or a related industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to convert business needs into structured project plans.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects within tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with banking or financial services operations is preferred.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field; equivalent experience may be accepted.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Must reside in an eligible state.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs.
• Availability from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
