This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and guide a team to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and complete revenue-generating and profitable projects.
• Manage project revenue, scope, cost, and timeline.
• Track project budgets and expenditures.
• Oversee the project pipeline and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain thorough project documentation and meeting minutes in the project repository.
• Regularly communicate with internal teams, clients, construction partners, and global teams.
• Maintain schedules and coordinate with various departments to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Keep project data in Insite updated with milestone dates and pertinent notes.
• Identify, monitor, and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide updates and develop mitigation strategies for project risks and challenges.
• Conduct root cause analysis on project discrepancies or low KPIs.
• Document processes and assist in creating departmental efficiencies.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities based on the skill sets within the project team.
• Mentor and support employee development for career advancement.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to achieve project objectives.
• Deliver top-notch service and problem resolution adhering to client service standards.
• Track, manage, and communicate milestones and deliverables effectively.
• Utilize internal systems to report and monitor project status and identify necessary dashboard, report, or system functionalities.
• Preferably 2-3+ years of experience in Project Management or Project Coordination.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in team management is preferred.
• Preferable experience in the telecommunications sector.
• Outstanding communication skills are essential.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Proficiency in relevant project-related software is necessary.
• Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
• Ability to perform and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities with great attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate with a global team.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
• Familiarity with OSP Telecommunications terminology is preferred.
• Understanding of project budgets is important.
