Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate activities assigned to all members of the global project team, which includes Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs/Safety, to facilitate milestone achievement and overall project completion.

• Ensure compliance with the project budget and scope of work to achieve project profitability.

• Confirm that all project tasks are executed in alignment with project plans and adhere to Premier Research processes, policies, and procedures.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Premier Research and the client for designated projects.

• Lead project team meetings and teleconferences.

• Support Business Development efforts, including proposal crafting and leading proposal presentations alongside Business Development and Scientific Account Leadership.

• Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to foster new or additional business opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in a clinical, biological, or science-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Over 5 years of Project Management experience within a CRO, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Specialty Pharma sector.

• Experience in budget management, finance, and costing at the project level.

• Proven track record in managing complex trials, multiple phases, and the full lifecycle of projects.

• Global experience is preferred.

• Comprehensive understanding of various therapeutic areas and protocols in Psychedelics, MDD, and Epilepsy.
