Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Supervise and manage the complete slot development lifecycle, starting from the initial concept and requirements gathering to the final release.

• Take ownership of project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and daily delivery across various games.

• Coordinate workflows between creative and technical teams.

• Recognize production bottlenecks and make necessary adjustments to workflows.

• Manage the delivery pipeline and oversee release schedules.

• Ensure that all titles meet their established milestones.

• Prepare status updates and progress reports for stakeholders.

• Monitor key delivery KPIs and metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in project management.

• Proven track record as a Project Manager within the iGaming sector.

• Direct experience with a B2B slot provider is a significant advantage.

• Comprehensive understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.

• Capability to adapt software development methodologies in a dynamic environment.

• Strong aptitude for managing scope, time, and resources while ensuring product quality.

• Excellent proficiency in English.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical tasks.

• Practical experience in building, managing, and optimizing complex workflows in ClickUp is a plus.
