This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Lead a variety of IT projects, ranging from small to large, through every stage of the project lifecycle.
• Supervise data center migrations and develop cloud strategies.
• Evaluate project scope, timelines, funding constraints, and delivery timelines.
• Identify and schedule project milestones, deliverables, and activities.
• Inspire and lead project teams while establishing work plans.
• Formulate communication strategies, create risk mitigation plans, manage stakeholders, and keep project documentation updated.
• Direct and coordinate project personnel while overseeing schedules and budgets.
• Manage project P&L, which includes revenue, costs, margins, and profitability objectives.
• Generate project status reports and modify schedules or plans as necessary.
• Adhere to Myriad360’s project management processes and methodologies.
• Support Program Managers on large-scale programs and provide mentorship to junior team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Active PMP certification registered with PMI.
• Understanding of Layer 1 cabling and connectivity solutions.
• At least eight years of progressive experience in project management consulting.
• Proven experience managing client-facing technical projects with extensive coordination and scheduling.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, including PMI and Prince II.
• Track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lead and inspire diverse project teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience providing professional and diplomatic customer service to clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data center technologies, including structured cabling, device racking, stacking, patching, and troubleshooting solutions.
• Knowledge of data center and mission-critical environments.
• Capacity to coach and mentor junior team members.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of communication strategies, uncertainty, and risk management.
• Proficiency in delegation techniques, including 5W1H and clarity of outcomes.
• Completion of ongoing security awareness training and compliance with company policies.
• Ability to identify and escalate security risks and contribute to solutions.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with mid to large-scale cloud migrations and hybrid cloud strategies.
• Familiarity with firewalls, endpoint security, and Identity Access Management (IAM).
• Proficient in project planning tools such as Smartsheet or Clarizen.
• CISSP and/or CISM certifications are preferred.
