Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversees project management services for all facilities, encompassing both major and minor projects as well as alteration services.

• Provides estimations and supervision for projects.

• Evaluates and provides feedback on Design Intent Drawings and As-Built Drawings.

• Operates, maintains, and repairs HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems.

• Assists project executives with various projects and assignments.

• Develops project scope and schedules for assigned tasks.

• Coordinates and monitors all Vendor Request For Proposals (“RFPs”).

• Engages in negotiations with contractors and subcontractors.

• Prepares and updates project status reports, processes invoices, maintains tracking reports, and keeps files for due diligence and financial documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant industry experience.

• Proficiency in reviewing and commenting on Design Intent Drawings and As-Built Drawings is essential.

• Experience in overseeing new construction projects or renovations of existing buildings.

• Some experience with cost estimation, particularly using the RS Means cost estimating format, is required.

• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is preferred.

• LEED, AIA, PE, or PMP certification is preferred.

• Experience in the public utility sector is preferred.
