Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete implementation of Transportation Management System (TMS) projects from initiation to go-live.

• Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment of objectives, manage expectations, and achieve business results.

• Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource distributions.

• Keep all stakeholders updated on project advancements.

• Recognize risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing strategies to mitigate them.

• Handle project scope, change requests, and priorities while balancing customer requirements and business goals.

• Facilitate project governance, provide executive updates, and lead key decision-making sessions.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with clients and serve as a strategic advisor throughout the implementation process.

• Ensure the long-term success of customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.

• Comprehensive understanding of industry processes and challenges within transportation, logistics, or supply chain.

• More than 3 years of experience managing complex enterprise software implementation projects in a customer-facing role.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, prioritize competing demands, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

• Familiarity with Infios TM (previously known as MercuryGate) is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation abilities.

• Capability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, CSM, or similar are a plus.

• Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours each week.
