This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee and direct projects, guaranteeing the effective execution and achievement of project goals.
• Coordinate the delivery of EU CTR Part II submissions across EU nations.
• Handle daily project and program management tasks.
• Create and implement project plans that focus on specific goals and objectives.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams to ensure the successful execution of project activities.
• Work alongside stakeholders to determine project needs and outline project scope.
• Mentor and support team members, promoting excellence and continuous improvement.
• Drive the creation of project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
• Keep up with industry trends and new technologies to incorporate best practices.
• Contribute to the growth of the organization through effective project leadership and strategic planning.
• Strong understanding of EU CTR regulations.
• Experience in study initiation.
• Expertise in risk assessment.
• Capability to lead and coordinate teams across various EU countries.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.
• Extensive experience in project management with a successful history in pharmaceutical or biotech projects.
• High level of proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven leadership capabilities, including the management and mentorship of teams.
• Outstanding communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
