This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee and execute utility infrastructure projects, which encompass drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater systems.
• Formulate project scopes, timelines, budgets, and proposals.
• Collaborate with clients, subconsultants, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
• Assess project performance regarding budget, schedule, quality, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards for all project outputs and documentation.
• Monitor labor utilization, revenue forecasting, billing, and necessary documentation.
• Act as the firm's representative in client meetings, public hearings, and presentations.
• Perform site visits and oversee construction observations as required.
• Manage multiple utility infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Mentor engineers and project managers by providing technical advice and supporting career development. Supervise proposals, contracts, fee justifications, and budget forecasts.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• Demonstrated experience in managing drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater projects
• Experience levels required:
• - Project Manager: 7+ years of relevant experience
• - Senior Project Manager: 10+ years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to deliver projects punctually, within budget, and to quality standards
• Familiarity with utility design standards, regulations, and construction methodologies
• Strong communication, leadership, and client management capabilities.
