Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute utility infrastructure projects, encompassing drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater systems.

• Create project scopes, timelines, budgets, and proposals.

• Collaborate with clients, subconsultants, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.

• Assess project performance, including budget adherence, scheduling, quality control, and risk management.

• Guarantee QA/QC compliance for all project outputs and documentation.

• Monitor labor utilization, revenue projections, billing processes, and documentation.

• Act as the firm’s representative during client meetings, public hearings, and presentations.

• Perform site visits and construction inspections as required.

• Manage multiple utility infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

• Guide and mentor engineers and project managers, offering technical advice and support for career advancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).

• Demonstrated success in managing drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.

• Project Manager: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

• Senior Project Manager: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

• Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

• Familiarity with utility design standards, regulations, and construction methodologies.

• Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
