Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee complex, enterprise-level client implementations and internal projects from inception to go-live.

• Ensure implementation delivery adheres to scope, timelines, and established quality standards.

• Act as a strategic liaison for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• Facilitate discovery and alignment sessions to discuss scope, business outcomes, success metrics, and potential risks.

• Convert business goals into actionable delivery roadmaps, milestones, and quantifiable outcomes.

• Guide decisions concerning trade-offs related to timelines, resource allocation, and scalability for the long term.

• Lead collaborative efforts among Project Managers, Business Analysts, Solutions Architects, and Engineering Leads.

• Spearhead discussions regarding data migration readiness, timeline implications, and inter-team dependencies.

• Proactively identify delivery risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage any escalations.

• Oversee UAT planning, rollout strategies, client training approaches, and measures for adoption success.

• Establish delivery processes and PMO frameworks in areas where they are currently lacking.

• Report directly to the VP of the Project Management Office.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• PMP certification is required.

• Extensive experience in leading enterprise SaaS implementations, digital transformations, or large-scale technology rollouts for external clients.

• Experience should encompass software delivery beyond just internal programs.

• Proven ability to collaborate with and influence C-level executives and other high-level stakeholders.

• Strong competencies in risk management, scope management, financial oversight, and strategic project planning.

• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship experience with project teams or junior project managers.

• Proven track record of delivering projects in environments lacking established delivery infrastructure.

• Capability to create and redesign processes and delivery playbooks.

• Successful completion of a background check, including verification of criminal history, prior employment, and educational credentials.
