This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal team members to create project plans while monitoring milestones and deliverables.
• Establish and consistently manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
• Oversee and manage project budgets and resources effectively.
• Recognize issues and risks, implementing strategies to mitigate impacts on scope, cost, and schedule.
• Partner with professional services, sales, and product teams to generate estimates for resources, time, and budget.
• Engage with contributors and stakeholders by clearly communicating expectations and delivering project updates.
• Direct projects through all phases including planning, development, testing, and delivery.
• Assist and participate in requirements gathering, design, demo, and training sessions with business stakeholders.
• Contribute to in-depth discussions by leveraging Billing expertise and best practices.
• Aid in the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes for the team.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 4–6 years of experience overseeing multiple implementation projects within the Billing ecosystem.
• Proven experience in SaaS billing (CPQ, Quote-to-Cash) solutions implementation is mandatory.
• Familiarity with waterfall, agile, and blended project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of contemporary project and work management tools, such as Jira.
• Strong organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and capacity to multitask.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, adept at working with cross-functional, technical, and non-technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation capabilities.
• Competence in negotiating and collaborating with individuals from diverse skill sets, backgrounds, and positions.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently.
• Quick learner with a strong desire to acquire new knowledge.
