This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitates the successful daily execution of a complex project by establishing structure, driving coordination, and ensuring alignment among team members and stakeholders.
• Accountable for managing and supporting essential project operations, which include documentation, meeting organization, stakeholder communication, and project management tools.
• Oversee Project Operations & Infrastructure: Sustain and enhance project tools and repositories (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SharePoint) to guarantee that documentation is well-organized, accessible, and aligned with the evolving methods of the team.
• Enhance Meeting Effectiveness & Follow-Through: Organize and lead regular team and project meetings; document and summarize key decisions, action items, and subsequent steps, tracking follow-through to ensure accountability and alignment within the team.
• Coordinate Daily Project Activities: Assist with scheduling and team collaboration; maintain visibility into team capacity and project rhythm to ensure work is systematically organized and progressing.
• Support Cross-Workstream Coordination: Monitor dependencies, risks, and action items across various workstreams, proactively identifying gaps and assisting in escalating or resolving misalignments as necessary.
• Collaborate on OCM & Training Coordination: Work alongside change management (OCM) and training leaders to help coordinate training, outreach, and partner engagement efforts, ensuring alignment between project activities, user needs, and implementation strategies.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is required, including at least 4 years in a consulting firm environment.
• A Master’s degree in Public Health or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of client-facing experience, including a minimum of 2 years in project leadership roles.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting setting.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple workstreams, tracking details, and maintaining progress across competing priorities.
• Demonstrated success in owning and managing large projects across various teams.
• Ability to synthesize complex information, translating discussions and inputs into clear, concise summaries, actionable items, and subsequent steps.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to tailor messages for various audiences and produce clear, actionable outputs.
• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, demonstrating the ability to bring structure and clarity to evolving work; strong meeting facilitation skills are essential.
• Keen attention to detail and follow-through, ensuring tasks, decisions, and deliverables are tracked and completed effectively.
