This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee engineering activities across various projects and teams to ensure they align with project schedules and priorities.
• Serve as the main coordination hub for a shared engineering resource pool supporting multiple simultaneous projects.
• Ensure alignment of engineering deliverables with critical path and construction requirements.
• Manage interactions among disciplines, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
• Facilitate technical inputs, RFIs, vendor information, and engineering deliverables to guarantee timely responses.
• Monitor deliverables, technical decisions, and action items to sustain visibility and accountability.
• Identify and address bottlenecks, delays, and coordination issues that impact execution.
• Streamline the time engineers dedicate to managing competing priorities through clear, project-focused prioritization.
• Promote the consistent application of engineering standards and execution practices.
• Implement practical, efficient tools and processes to enhance coordination and productivity.
• Support engineering integration throughout all project phases, from design to commissioning and handover.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Construction, Procurement, and Operations to ensure engineering outputs meet execution needs.
• You are a results-driven coordinator with experience in capital, industrial, or infrastructure projects. You excel in multi-project settings and know how to keep engineering progressing under pressure.
• An engineering degree or equivalent technical or project delivery experience.
• Proven experience in supporting engineering execution on capital, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong comprehension of engineering workflows, design processes, and construction interfaces.
• Demonstrated capability to coordinate among multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel frequently within Western Canada.
• Preferred Assets: Experience working with shared engineering resources across multiple concurrent projects; Experience in fast-paced or rapidly scaling project environments; Data center, HPC, or mission-critical infrastructure project experience; PMP, P.Eng, or an equivalent professional designation.
