Senior Project Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Serve as a collaborative leader, working alongside customers, factories, engineering, operations, and executive leadership to meet quality objectives and business targets.

• Oversee customer quality initiatives and act as the main quality liaison for key clients.

• Investigate and address customer complaints, ensuring timely corrective measures are implemented.

• Manage quality performance metrics and customer scorecards effectively.

• Facilitate root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement projects.

• Ensure adherence to customer requirements and quality management system standards.

• Propel quality enhancements across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations.

• Provide support during audits, customer visits, and quality assessments.

• Mentor quality teams and foster a customer-centric quality culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related field) is strongly preferred.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical distribution or power systems is required.

• Proficiency in Customer Quality Management and Complaint Resolution.

• Expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).

• Knowledge of Supplier Quality Management and Quality Auditing processes.

• Familiarity with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).

• Experience in Continuous Improvement and Risk Management practices.

• Ability to develop KPIs, track performance, and report findings.

• Strong skills in Cross-Functional Leadership and Collaboration.

• Excellent Customer Relationship Management abilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% as required.
