Senior Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the integration of audiovisual systems projects while ensuring client satisfaction.

• Assist in a diverse range of projects, encompassing video production studios, sound recording studios, and more.

• Collaborate with procurement and vendors to guarantee the timely delivery of equipment and materials.

• Maintain and monitor the project Bill of Materials (BOM) throughout its entire lifecycle.

• Aid the Project Manager with close-out tasks, which include compiling submittals and warranty information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, broadcast engineering, or a related field.

• A minimum of 4 years of project management experience.

• Proficient in MS Project, MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with ERP system Solutions Q360 is preferred.
