Senior Programmer Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Implement a digital signature feature online that integrates with Dynamics and the client portal.

• Create and launch a portal module that automatically notifies clients and allows for post-project reporting.

• Migrate and upgrade an existing client-facing platform to a new environment, enhancing performance, security, and scalability.

• Automate and improve the project cancellation process.

• Optimize document management and workflow processes between SharePoint and Dynamics.

• Address ongoing enhancements in performance, security, and usability within the Dynamics and Portal ecosystem.

• Assist high-priority modernization initiatives as part of a multi-year enterprise CRM transformation.

• Work alongside Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technical Architects to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Offer demonstrations, documentation, and training to business users.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a similar field.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform applications.

• Proven experience customizing entities, forms, views, and dashboards.

• Proven experience implementing workflows, business rules, and process flows.

• Proven experience developing Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate flows.

• Proven experience writing client-side JavaScript for form validation and business logic.

• Proven experience extending Dynamics 365 functionality through C# plugins and custom workflow activities.

• Proven experience with data migration and integration tools such as KingswaySoft, Azure Data Factory, or Power Automate.

• Experience in Agile delivery environments, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivering user stories.

• Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) in the Power Platform, including Azure DevOps pipelines and solution packaging for multi-environment deployments.

• Eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (Reliability Status or higher) at the time of contract award.

• Proficient in English.

• Preferred Microsoft certifications include Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, Power Platform Developer Associate, Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM or ERP), or Power Platform App Maker Associate.

• Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 security model, authentication methods (Azure AD, MFA, conditional access), and role-based security is preferred.

• Knowledge of Power BI integration for reporting and analytics is preferred.

• Understanding of Dataverse schema and entity relationships is preferred.

• Familiarity with multi-tenant CRM implementations and scaling strategies is preferred.

• Knowledge of public sector enterprise IT standards, including accessibility (WCAG/WET), is an asset.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technical Architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Excellent communication skills for providing demos, documentation, and training to business users.

• Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional Agile teams.
