Senior Programme Manager

📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison for clients concerning their professional services engagements, fostering and nurturing robust relationships.

• Comprehend client requirements, expectations, and strategic goals to ensure alignment with service execution.

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of professional services projects.

• Collaborate with project teams to establish scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

• Efficiently allocate and manage resources to guarantee project delivery within established scope, budget, and time constraints.

• Proactively identify and address resource gaps or challenges.

• Establish and uphold quality assurance processes to ensure the provision of top-notch services.

• Conduct regular project assessments to evaluate performance, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and implement corrective measures.

• Recognize potential risks and issues associated with service delivery and devise proactive mitigation strategies.

• Monitor project advancement and implement corrective actions to resolve any deviations from the plan.

• Provide clients with consistent updates on project status, milestones reached, and any potential issues.

• Manage client expectations and promptly address concerns to ensure a positive client experience.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at refining service delivery processes and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an Engagement Manager or a comparable position within Professional Services.

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.

• Strong project management abilities with an emphasis on delivering intricate projects punctually and within budget.

• Proven capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Strong leadership and collaboration skills within teams.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working cooperatively with clients and internal teams.

• Familiarity with industry-standard methodologies for professional service delivery.

• Analytical and decision-making skills to tackle challenges during project execution.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to explain complex API concepts to non-technical stakeholders is a plus.
