This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the daily operations for Programmatic clients.
• Create, enhance, and report on campaigns across various programmatic channels including Display, Native, Video, and Audio.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to devise media strategies that align with client goals.
• Utilize both first-party and third-party data for effective audience targeting and segmentation.
• Plan and execute campaigns across Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) such as DV360 and The Trade Desk.
• Track and refine campaigns to meet performance and pacing objectives.
• Produce and interpret performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Detect and address campaign performance and delivery challenges.
• Liaise with creative, analytics, and account management teams.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on campaigns and strategic adjustments.
• Deliver campaign plans, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in programmatic roles within publishers, advertising agencies, or ad tech firms.
• B2B experience is advantageous.
• Practical experience in building and optimizing campaigns within DSPs.
• Preference for candidates with experience in The Trade Desk (TTD) and DV360.
• Proven track record in programmatic media planning and buying.
• Experience in developing measurement frameworks to assess campaign success.
• Strong understanding of the interplay between programmatic and other paid and organic channels to exceed client KPIs.
• Experience driving programmatic growth for B2B/SaaS clients with monthly budgets exceeding $50k.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities.
• Solid analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
• Results-driven mindset with the capability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Must possess established and current authorization to work in Canada.
• Permanent residency in Canada is required.
• Reliable internet access and a professional background are essential.
