This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Strategize, implement, and enhance programmatic campaigns across both native and display channels;
• Manage and expand campaigns on Taboola and various other native/content discovery platforms;
• Spearhead creative testing initiatives by establishing structured frameworks to evaluate hooks, formats, and messaging at scale;
• Examine performance data and promote continuous improvement throughout the marketing funnel;
• Work in collaboration with creative and analytics teams to test and refine ad content;
• Discover new inventory sources and audience opportunities to broaden reach.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in managing programmatic campaigns — experience with Taboola is essential;
• Familiarity with platforms such as NewsBreak, Outbrain, Revcontent, or comparable native/content discovery sources is highly advantageous;
• Extensive background in creative testing, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and analysis of creative performance;
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in performance reporting and optimization;
• Capability to effectively manage budgets and achieve CPA/ROAS targets;
