This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implementing programmatic strategies that align with campaign goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Applying programmatic best practices across all campaigns, encompassing setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
• Keeping informed on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in programmatic advertising.
• Assisting in the assessment of programmatic technology partners, including Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) like The Trade Desk (TTD), DV360, and Amazon DSP; Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs); and data providers.
• Collaborating with the team to establish a measurement framework that accurately evaluates the performance of programmatic campaigns and showcases return on investment (ROI).
• Partnering with other teams such as media planning, creative, and analytics to ensure the smooth integration of programmatic initiatives.
• Developing and nurturing strong relationships with key programmatic stakeholders, including publishers, data providers, and technology vendors.
• Identifying and assessing new programmatic opportunities and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Aiding in the creation of strategic recommendations and performance reports.
• Effectively managing campaign budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Promoting continuous improvement in programmatic campaign outcomes through thorough testing and optimization.
• Diagnosing and resolving programmatic challenges.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in programmatic advertising.
• Comprehensive understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) such as The Trade Desk (TTD), DV360, and Amazon DSP; Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs); data providers; and audience targeting approaches.
• Demonstrated success in executing effective programmatic campaigns across various formats, including CTV, DOOH, Audio, and Display.
• Strong analytical abilities along with experience in data analysis, reporting, and optimizing programmatic campaigns.
• Solid grasp of programmatic measurement and attribution methodologies.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Capability to cultivate and maintain robust relationships with programmatic partners.
• A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a dedication to innovation and continuous enhancement.
