Senior Programmatic Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as the main post-sale contact for Scibids clients.

• Supervise the execution and performance of pilot and ongoing campaigns.

• Handle pilot campaigns during testing phases and business-as-usual campaigns once the client scales utilizing Scibids AI technology.

• Oversee and troubleshoot campaign setup and performance within demand-side platforms (DSPs).

• Deliver daily client support while ensuring consistent communication.

• Educate clients, offer campaign insights, and propose performance enhancements.

• Partner with Pre-Sales teams for onboarding new clients and setting up campaigns.

• Collaborate with the Scibids solutions team to resolve issues and eliminate roadblocks.

• Coordinate with Scibids and DV stakeholders, including Sales and Client Partner teams.

• Conduct performance reviews, campaign debriefs, and standard reporting.

• Evaluate performance metrics and provide suggestions for optimization and new strategies.

• Upsell and expand existing client accounts while acquiring new business.

• Assist in transitioning successful pilot projects into ongoing engagements and identify opportunities for campaign growth.

• Suggest new insertion orders and familiarize clients with new Scibids product features and upgrades.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in programmatic trading, analytics, or programmatic customer success/account management.

• Proficiency with at least 2 demand-side platforms (DSPs): DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Amazon, or Yahoo.

• Experience with Meta and Google Ads is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Detail-oriented with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/tasks effectively.

• Proactive attitude with energy, motivation, and enthusiasm.
