📋 Description

• Oversee the monitoring and reporting of laboratory metrics for clinical studies.

• Gather data from various sources and transform raw information into actionable insights.

• Convey essential findings to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Conduct risk assessments on low-complexity studies prior to their initiation.

• Suggest monitoring strategies to address identified risks in studies.

• Utilize analytics and visualizations to analyze laboratory data from studies and pinpoint issues.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure monitoring tools fulfill client requirements.

• Maintain consistent communication with key stakeholders.

• Assist in the development and ongoing upkeep of Risk Management Plans.

• Engage in continuous process enhancement and participate in functional meetings.

• Ensure processes are current and adhere to internal strategies.

• Contribute to quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s Degree or PhD in a scientific discipline.

• 10 years of relevant experience in project management or data analysis within the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector; education may substitute for experience.

• Proficient knowledge of Excel at an advanced level.

• Prior experience in a client-facing role.

• Strong command of the English language.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service skills.

• Capability to work independently with minimal guidance and manage deliverables from start to finish.

• Ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts, as well as motivate and influence others.

• Skill in managing competing priorities.
