Senior Manager, Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Formulate business requirements, use cases, process maps, and solution designs to address business needs and enhancements.

• Collaborate with business, technical, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout RTX.

• Oversee testing initiatives, including data mapping, solution validation, and the execution of unit, integration, UAT, and pilot testing.

• Develop and maintain essential project documentation, such as design specifications, configuration documents, and testing plans.

• Coordinate with DT, Business Units, Corporate teams, System Integrators, PMO, and solution architects to ensure smooth project delivery and support implementation readiness.

• Assist the Corporate Application and Data office in shaping Enterprise Services initiatives, promoting business-aligned solution design, and enhancing adoption across RTX corporate functions.

• Contribute to major business technology programs involving application development, enhancements, modernization, SaaS implementations and customizations, infrastructure initiatives, and digitally focused business process improvements.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is necessary, as only U.S. citizens are permitted to access information under this program/contract.

• Generally requires a University Degree or equivalent experience along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and at least 7 years of experience.

• Over 10 years of pertinent professional experience.

• Proven experience managing complex, large-scale data initiatives and technical projects.

• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, application architecture, and integration patterns.

• Experience in a data-driven organization where data is utilized as a strategic business asset.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through digital transformation employing Agile development methodologies.
