
Senior Program Manager – U.S. Payer Initiatives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to promote priority payer initiatives
• Drive the execution of essential internal and external workstreams, from planning through to delivery
• Communicate effectively and professionally with internal leaders, external partners, and customers
• Assist in implementation efforts with customers and aid in guiding activation planning
• Contribute to strategic planning initiatives across the U.S. payer team
• Organize and facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and collaborative meetings
• Collaborate with payer sales leadership on external activities, stakeholder engagement, and coordination
• Monitor milestones, manage dependencies, and identify risks, issues, and decisions
• Utilize AI tools judiciously to enhance productivity, organization, and execution quality
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, project management, implementation planning, or a similar strategic operations role
• Established ability to organize complex tasks, manage competing priorities, and maintain team alignment
• Excellent communication skills, including the confidence to engage with senior leaders and external partners
• Experience in supporting cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed environment
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and capable of self-starting by identifying subsequent steps to achieve key objectives
• Proficient in planning and facilitating workshops, working sessions, and planning discussions
• Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through
• Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance efficiency, draft content, summarize information, or assist in planning
