This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Act as the primary program and execution partner for the Chief Strategy Officer on a daily basis.
• Transform strategic priorities into practical plans, milestones, responsibilities, and success metrics.
• Oversee a portfolio of Strategy & Growth initiatives while maintaining a cohesive roadmap.
• Identify crucial decisions, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements.
• Program-manage the design, launch, adoption, and enhancement of the company's CRM system.
• Coordinate CRM requirements, workflows, data standards, testing, training, communications, reporting, and adoption processes.
• Assist in the development and launch of the Client Insights and Feedback Program.
• Convert client feedback into themes, recommendations, and assigned actions.
• Create a market research capability for business development.
• Prepare market assessments, client profiles, competitive intelligence reports, opportunity briefs, and executive presentations.
• Establish dashboards and reporting processes to evaluate participation, adoption, progress, outcomes, and ROI.
• Plan and facilitate working sessions, leadership discussions, and program meetings.
• Record decisions and ensure that commitments are fulfilled.
• Develop program communications, tools, guidance, and training resources.
• Manage external vendors and consultants as necessary.
• Lead additional strategic projects and special initiatives as directed by the Chief Strategy Officer.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, environmental studies, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in strategy, business development, marketing, program management, or related fields.
• Preferred experience within an architecture, engineering, environmental, construction, design, or other professional-services organization.
• Proven track record in developing and launching a CRM or other company-wide business systems, including process design, stakeholder coordination, training, and adoption.
• Experience in developing client journeys, client relationship programs, or other client-focused growth initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement cross-functional programs from initial concept through to sustained operation.
• Strong project and program management capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, deadlines, and dependencies simultaneously.
• Experience in establishing and monitoring business development, marketing, client, or program performance indicators.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and executive communication abilities.
• Experience in developing and delivering training, communications, and change-management initiatives.
• Capacity to build consensus, influence decisions, and hold workstreams accountable without direct reporting authority.
• Sound judgment, discretion, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
