
Senior Program Manager, Recruiter Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of recruiting templates, documentation, and knowledge management.
• Develop and maintain resources for recruiter enablement.
• Oversee tool and system administration for the Recruiting function.
• Execute process improvement initiatives and project work within RecOps.
• Create and deliver ongoing training sessions and communication strategies.
• Assist in onboarding and skill development of recruiting team members.
• Manage recruiting reports and perform ad hoc data retrieval.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Work alongside the Recruiting Operations Specialist and coordinators.
• 5–7+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth environment that supports global or distributed teams.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional projects in recruiting or HR (such as new tool implementations, workflow redesigns, or program launches) with a history of driving user adoption and measurable enhancements in efficiency or user experience.
• Practical expertise in recruiting systems, including Greenhouse and at least one scheduling or interviewing platform (e.g., GoodTime, BrightHire), with proficiency in managing configurations, permissions, and integrations.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and enablement abilities — adept at translating complex processes into straightforward guides, templates, playbooks, and trainings that are effectively utilized.
• Strong data fluency and systems thinking — capable of extracting and interpreting recruiting data, identifying patterns and gaps, and proposing practical solutions that balance candidate experience, hiring manager requirements, and operational scalability.
• High sense of ownership and a service-oriented mindset, with the capability to prioritize multiple projects, manage a roadmap, and foster trust with recruiters, HRBPs, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
