Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate, multi-program portfolios across strategic accounts.

• Take responsibility for the complete delivery of multiple simultaneous projects involving substantial revenue, risk, and cross-functional dependencies.

• Ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Manage and influence senior-level client relationships and the overall account strategy.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, handle escalations, and guide program direction and long-term partnership outcomes.

• Facilitate enterprise-wide alignment and decision-making, leading cross-functional teams through uncertainty.

• Create and sustain program governance structures, monitor project metrics, and forecast capacity.

• Provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding project status, risks, and opportunities.

• Contribute to the overall health of the program, capacity strategy, and business growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) required.

• An advanced degree in a scientific discipline is strongly preferred (e.g., molecular biology, biology, biotechnology, biochemistry).

• Over 7 years of experience in a client-facing role as a project, program, or account manager within the life sciences sector.

• Preference for at least 5 years of experience in a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) environment.

• Proven experience managing programs and contracts in a regulated biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or medical device field is required.

• Strong understanding of Drug Product mRNA/LNP and the industry, with a strong preference for experience in late-phase/commercial drug products.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to anticipate risks and implement sustainable solutions.
