Senior Program Manager, OMX SOTO

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of OMX's top strategic initiatives, delivering significant business outcomes through outstanding program leadership.

• Provide clarity in ambiguous situations by crafting clear execution strategies, aligning stakeholders, and driving intricate initiatives from concept to delivery with minimal oversight.

• Anticipate potential risks, adjust proactively to shifting business priorities, and maintain program momentum through careful planning, governance, and operational discipline.

• Create persuasive, data-driven narratives and executive communications that foster alignment, influence decision-making, and expedite progress throughout the organization.

• Collaborate directly with senior executives and cross-functional teams to ensure accountability, address complex operational challenges, and deliver scalable solutions that further OMX's strategic objectives.

• Observe and analyze operations across OMX, identifying trends, inefficiencies, and potential opportunities beyond your designated programs. Work with SOTO to utilize AI, automation, and scalable practices that streamline workflows, enhance organizational capacity, and improve OMX's execution at scale.

• Promote a culture of continuous enhancement by establishing scalable operating mechanisms, reinforcing program governance, and assisting teams in executing with increased speed, clarity, and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Program Management, Management Consulting, Member Experience, or a related discipline.

• Exceptional program management abilities with a track record of designing straightforward, scalable solutions for intricate business challenges and leading initiatives from strategy to execution.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in crafting executive-level messages and presenting to senior leadership throughout the organization.

• Proven success in leading highly cross-functional initiatives and influencing results without direct authority.

• A proactive ownership mindset with the capability to independently identify challenges, manage risks, and execute with minimal guidance in fast-paced settings.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience utilizing Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to inform decisions and assess business outcomes.

• Experience in identifying and implementing AI, automation, and scalable process enhancements that boost operational efficiency and allow teams to concentrate on high-priority work.
