LTSS and Dual Eligible Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the successful execution of LTSS and Dual Eligible programs.

• Ensure efficient cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

• Support the ongoing enhancement of program and project management best practices.

• Work alongside functional leaders to identify and allocate resources effectively.

• Foster communication among various affected business units.

• Deliver regular updates and maintain continuous communication with senior management, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of three (3) years of program management experience is mandatory.

• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Teams, Outlook, etc.

• Experience with project management software is essential.

• Strong background in the healthcare payer sector, along with knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare systems.
