This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +31 more states.
• Oversee and coordinate a range of initiatives and projects within the People Department.
• Create and uphold project plans, workback schedules, timelines, milestones, and dependency maps.
• Monitor project status, identifying risks, issues, and decisions across several simultaneous initiatives.
• Facilitate governance activities, status reviews, and meetings with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility into progress and results.
• Assist in prioritization and planning efforts by offering project insights, resource considerations, and implementation suggestions.
• Collaborate with the Director to convert strategic priorities into actionable project plans.
• Coordinate activities related to People transformation initiatives.
• Oversee project deliverables, milestones, and implementation efforts to ensure successful execution.
• Perform assessments and document current-state processes and workflows within the People Department.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, project management, operations, consulting, or a related field.
• Proven capability to manage multiple large-scale projects and competing priorities concurrently.
• Expertise in change management methodologies and best practices in project management.
• Experience in documenting business processes and creating operational documentation.
• Strong skills in project planning, organization, and execution.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional initiatives that involve multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
