This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee comprehensive program management across one or several product verticals, ensuring effective delivery from development to launch.
• Develop and drive integrated project plans in collaboration with Content, Marketing, Product, Production, and Learning teams to ensure workstreams remain aligned and on schedule.
• Take ownership of complex timelines that encompass development, production, post-production, and go-to-market execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify potential risks, facilitate decision-making, and maintain momentum across multiple concurrent projects.
• Manage the delivery of course content, marketing resources, and supporting product experiences to guarantee successful launches.
• Assist with specialized workstreams, including learning design, platform ingestion, and non-video content production.
• Work alongside Legal on talent agreements, licensing, intellectual property, NDAs, and release workflows, proactively escalating issues when necessary.
• Assess and enhance cross-functional processes, communication, and operational workflows to boost efficiency and scalability.
• Discover opportunities to utilize AI tools and automation to minimize manual tasks, enhance visibility, and expedite decision-making across teams.
• Create and implement scalable processes, contributing to the establishment of repeatable best practices as the organization expands.
• 3–5 years of experience in program management, project management, production operations, content operations, or marketing operations.
• Experience in managing intricate, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to foster alignment among Content, Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional partners while influencing without direct authority.
• Strong operational mindset with a history of identifying process enhancements and executing scalable solutions.
• Comfortable navigating uncertainty, balancing competing priorities, and overseeing multiple projects at once.
• Proven experience in integrating AI tools into everyday workflows to enhance efficiency, organization, and execution.
• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to distill complex information and confidently engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Airtable, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with content production, digital marketing, or go-to-market workflows in a media, education, or technology setting is preferred.
