This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Assume full responsibility for the strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics of the AI program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the expectations of senior leadership;
• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of various intricate AI initiatives (including LLM-powered products, automation, and analytics), ensuring that all projects adhere to scope, budget, and quality benchmarks;
• Convert ambiguous business challenges into well-defined technical workstreams and architectures, collaborating directly with data scientists, ML engineers, and software engineers;
• Establish and maintain program governance, which includes operating rhythms, steering committees, risk and issue management, as well as high-level executive communications;
• Facilitate solution design reviews and offer technical oversight, questioning methodologies as necessary to guarantee the robustness, scalability, and security of AI solutions;
• Integrate responsible and ethical AI practices within program design, emphasizing data privacy, bias reduction, model monitoring, and human-in-the-loop workflows;
• Manage relationships with vendors and partners (including cloud services, model providers, and integrators), which involves technical assessments, input on contracts, and performance management;
• Guide and mentor cross-functional teams (such as PMs, tech leads, and data scientists), cultivating a high-performance delivery culture and promoting continuous process enhancement.
• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting and delivery, with substantial experience at a Big 3 or top-tier firm in technology, digital, or data;
• 5+ years in program or portfolio management, leading large, multidisciplinary tech programs with budgets in the multi-million dollar range;
• A proven history of successfully delivering AI, data, or analytics programs (such as LLM/ML products and intelligent automation) into production;
• Practical technical background in Data Science or Software Engineering (e.g., Python, Java), with the capability to read code and assist in technical decision-making;
• Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively with C-level executives and non-technical audiences;
• A proactive approach to suggesting process improvements and a thorough understanding of the LLM life cycle.
