📋 Description

• Take charge of planning and cross-functional coordination for marketing initiatives, collaborating with functional leads (for instance, partnering with Product Marketing on launch planning and execution) to ensure projects progress from kickoff to completion.

• Establish and manage operating rhythms with marketing leadership (including status reviews, business reviews, and planning cycles) that maintain visibility on priorities, risks, dependencies, and next steps.

• Assist in defining the operational framework for marketing — creating the operating model, rituals, and collaborative approaches that can scale alongside the team and its responsibilities.

• Collaborate across various marketing functions, as well as with product, sales, engineering, finance, and partner teams, to synchronize roadmaps, launches, and go-to-market strategies with quantifiable business outcomes.

• Monitor budget, resources, and approval workflows to support program and partnership investments, highlighting risks and decision points to marketing leadership.

• Oversee co-marketing and cross-functional program execution for partner- and customer-facing initiatives (such as events, campaigns, and customer storytelling), linking product content to field and business outcomes.

• Integrate insights from product, technical, partner, and customer stakeholders into decision-ready briefings, dashboards, and KPI reports for marketing leadership.

• Contribute to shaping marketing operations for the AI era — identifying and implementing AI-driven tools and workflows that enhance scalable operational and programmatic excellence.
