Marketing Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Oversee Bullhorn's email marketing initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring flawless execution and timely delivery.

• Accurately create and categorize contact lists, aligning them with the appropriate buyer personas.

• Conduct continuous A/B testing to enhance campaign efficiency and provide comprehensive performance reports.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to verify that campaign messaging and branding adhere to company standards.

• Work cross-functionally with Support and Product teams to guarantee that client communications reach the right audience promptly.

• Assist with event operations to optimize success and return on investment.

• Generate demand and support the expansion of Bullhorn's customer base.

• Report directly to the Director of Marketing Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Marketing or Communications.

• 2-5 years of practical experience in an email marketing position within a B2B environment.

• Proficient in using a marketing automation platform, with a strong preference for Marketo.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Remarkable attention to detail.

• Capability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with CRM software; experience with Salesforce is a plus.

• Knowledge of HTML is advantageous.

• Ability to quickly adapt with minimal onboarding due to the contract timeline.
