Marketing Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee operational planning, initiative schedules, and essential deliverables within the Marketing Center.

• Facilitate multidisciplinary meetings, ensure team communication alignment, and monitor action items.

• Manage operational resources, documentation, tools, templates, and reporting processes.

• Propel execution for planning cycles, Marketing Day, operational reviews, and leadership gatherings.

• Monitor operational metrics, recognize trends, highlight risks, and deliver actionable insights.

• Assist in the implementation and adoption of new processes, technologies, and best practices.

• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and optimize workflows.

• Offer operational support that enhances organizational effectiveness and accelerates business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Project Management, or another Business-related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination, project management, program coordination, or similar operational roles.

• Proficiency in coordinating projects, schedules, meetings, or cross-functional initiatives in a global, fast-paced setting.

• Background in life sciences or a B2B marketing context.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities while ensuring attention to detail.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to coordinate effectively across teams and stakeholders.

• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions.

• External candidates must be eligible to work in the US.
